"My house got hit with a really bad hail storm back in April of this year. Tennis ball hail totaled our roof and worse yet caused a water leak into my laundry room. My wife and I were in a panic and our neighbors recommended we go with Vortex Roofing as they had recently had their roof replaced. Jared Kinsey and his team have been absolutely phenomenal! Jared came out same day to fix the leak to stop further water damage into my home until the roof could be replaced. He guided me through the work that would be needed and was very professional. He and his team never put any pressure or fear into the process which can be common by other companies when it comes to home repairs. Jared was very patient and made me feel completely calm and at peace through the inspection, repairs, roof replacement and the interior construction to replace the water damage in my laundry room. The work they did is better than new and I am 100% satisfied. I really appreciated how he came out with our insurance adjuster to make sure no damage was missed and Jared made sure I understood every step with the replacement.
